List and Let Go works on a fee-for-service model.

Listings Management

For a $50 up-front fee (for up to 5 listings), we will do the following:

• Conduct an initial consultation with you in person [Chicago area only], or via phone/text to review the items you want to sell and provide you with our best assessment of your likelihood of success based on the items’ categories, condition, and your location.

• Collect the assets (photos, item descriptions, product documentation, etc.) required to create a compelling Marketplace listing that will give your goods the best opportunity to sell at a fair price.

• Craft and post the listing/s in the correct categories and geographies.

Message Management

For an additional $50 fee (for up to 5 listings), we will handle all inbound messages and vet them for serious buyers. We will only connect you with those ready and able to collect the goods and hand over the cash.

We will advise you on the safest and most effective methods for meeting with buyers and collecting payment.

Direct Delivery

For a $50 fee (per listing), we will meet and negotiate with buyers in person, either at your home or a third-party location, to complete the same so that you can completely avoid contact with buyers.

Note: Direct Delivery is currently available only in the Greater Chicago area.

Turnkey Service

For $150, we will do it all (for up to 5 listings):

• Create, write, and post your listings on Facebook Marketplace

• Handle all inbound messages on Facebook Marketplace

• Meet buyers in person and handle the final steps of the sale
